Panteralabs Services is committed to respecting the online privacy of the users of Reliance websites (“Users”). Reliance recognizes Users need for appropriate protection of any personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information”) given to or obtained by Reliance. Therefore, Reliance shall adhere to the following privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) so Users know how Reliance intends to treat Users’ Personally Identifiable Information. Reliance uses reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable laws around the world that are designed to protect the privacy of Personally Identifiable Information.

Content

All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Pornography, Nudity and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on all servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. In addition any site selling or promoting Bulk email services or software is not allowed. Also, websites that promote money-chain, money laundering or any type of financial frauds is not allowed.

Server Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Breach

In the event we terminate this Agreement because of a breach, you will be charged in full for the entire period. In the event you have elected to prepay subsequent, additional months’ Service Fees, we retain the right to retain the same.

Jurisdiction

The agreement is subject to Pune jurisdiction. By using this web site, you consent to the terms of Reliance Privacy Policy and to Reliance processing of Personally Identifiable Information.

Security

Wherever Personally Identifiable Information is retained by Reliance (or by a third party on Reliance behalf), Reliance intends to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personally Identifiable Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Reliance cannot guarantee the security of information on or transmitted over the Internet. Reliance may ask Users to provide credit card information and this credit card is encrypted for its protection prior to its transmission over the internet.

Data Integrity

Reliance shall only process Personally Identifiable Information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual. To the extent necessary for those purposes, Reliance shall take reasonable steps to ensure that Personally Identifiable Information is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.
